The NTG Strategy Fund SP (GIIN No.: JWFSXS.99999.SL.136) (“NTG Strategy Fund”) is offered by AEI Capital Group, a private equity and alternative asset management firm, and managed by European Credit Investment Bank (ECIB) , in furtherance of a collaboration with NTG Holding Ltd (Registration No.: CR-401327), a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands.
The objective of the fund is to maximize total return on capital by investing in a diversified portfolio which may include but is not limited to public equity, private equity, real estate, hedge funds etc. The key strategic agenda of launching this Fund is to consolidate its strategic ownership and control in NTG Holding Ltd which shall in turn own the predecessor corporate group ofToga Ltd, amongst other strategic portfolio assets held by the Fund.
