NTG Holding Ltd announces that on 9 September, its wholly owned subsidiary, TG Investment Ltd (TGI), successfully completed an increase in its shareholding in Oasis Harvest Corporation Bhd (KLSE: 5265) through the allotment of rights shares on the basis of one (1) Rights Share for every two (2) existing Oasis shares pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants, via European Credit Investment Bank (ECIB).
The transaction involved the allotment of 10,669,025 shares, raising TGI’s equity interest in Oasis Harvest Corporation Bhd from 8.26% to 10.34%.
