NTG Holding Ltd announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, TG Investment Ltd (TGI), has successfully completed an increase in its shareholding in Oasis Harvest Corporation Bhd (KLSE: 5265) through the open market via European Credit Investment Bank (ECIB).
The transaction involved the acquisition of 3,641,500 shares, raising TGI’s equity interest in Oasis Harvest Corporation Bhd from 5.78% to 8.26%.
