Kuala Lumpur, August 15, 2025 – Irelia Management Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NTG Holding Ltd, today announced that it has increased its stake in Parkson Holdings Berhad (KLSE: 5657) through the Bursa Malaysia open market. This increase of 5,208,300 units brings Irelia’s stake from 7.3% to 7.8%.
